🧩 Our Experience and Approach
Our lead Psychometrician has worked extensively across schools throughout New Zealand, supporting students, caregivers, and educators through one-on-one sessions and group programs, both online and face-to-face. With a background in education and psychology, she draws on evidence-based approaches that integrate education, health, and wellbeing. She is committed to inclusive, respectful, and culturally aware practice, ensuring that every individual feels supported and valued.
Her approach is grounded in the World Health Organization-recognised Hauora framework, which emphasises the spiritual, mental, physical, and social dimensions of wellbeing. By combining psychology and education with a holistic perspective, she helps individuals build resilience, achieve educational success, and strengthen overall wellbeing, enabling them to thrive in all areas of life.
This philosophy underpins everything we do at Inner Scope Psychometric Testing. From assessment design and reporting to staff training and client support, our practices reflect a commitment to wellbeing, inclusivity, and evidence-based interventions. By embedding these principles across all our services, we ensure that every interaction—whether with individuals, groups, or partner organisations—supports growth, engagement, and meaningful outcomes.
